WMS系統是倉儲管理系統，是對商品的存儲和保管以及出入庫功能操作的軟件系統，是支持整個系統操作的軟件部分，包括收貨處理、上架管理、揀貨作業、月臺管理、補貨管理、庫內作業、循環盤點、RF操作、加工管理等。WMS系統上層對接ERP系統，接收配貨訂單、入庫訂單、基礎資料信息等，下層可對接WCS系統，負責自動化設備的控制功能。
